Our Process

Our team of installers will be with you every step of the way during your concrete surface coating process. We’re here to answer any questions and to assist you in the color selection process.

Surface Prep

Upon arrival our team will work to correct any visible cracking of the slab before our initial grind. After close inspection and repair of any cracking, our team will begin to grind the top 1/16-inch surface off of your slab. Any cracks found after the initial grind will be assessed at this step. After grinding, our team will begin to prep the area for the base coat application by vacuuming up any dust or debris left from the grinding step.

Product Selection

We offer 16 different pre-mixed combinations of our Polyaspartic coating. If you do not find the exact look you want in the standard color / chip options, we can customize a combination for you. For a custom mix, you select from the 4 base coating colors. Then you select the decorative chips to be added to the base color. The decorative chips come in any color under the sun!

Product Application

We begin by applying the basecoat. The product has a short curing time one team member will begin to broadcast the decorative flakes while the rest of the team finishes the coating application. After flaking process is complete and the product has cured, we begin to scraping up the excess flakes that did not bond and vacuum up any remaining loose debris. The clear coating will then be applied. This step is what really brings your space to life. Based on your specific needs, he 20, 40 or 60 grit nonskid options will ensure that your product is slip-safe and OSHA-ANSI compliant.
